Baseball & Softball Registration

Boys & Girls T-Ball:      Ages 5 - 6* years old  (age as of 4/30/08)
Boys & Girls Baseball:  Ages 6* - 12 years old  (age as of 4/30/08)
Girls Softball:              Ages 7 - 15 years old  (age as of 12/31/07)

Where: Monroe Elementary School Cafe.

When: Saturday, January 5th 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon
          Saturday, January 12th 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon
          Saturday, January 26th 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon (note skips one week)

BIRTH CERTIFICATES REQUIRED FOR FIRST TIME PLAYERS ONLY

PROOF OF RESIDENCY REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS, NEW AND RETURNING.

***YOU MUST BRING COPIES FOR LEAGUE TO KEEP***

Three forms of proof required. Examples include: Drivers License, Voter's Registration, CURRENT School Records, Welfare Records, Federal, State and Local records, Support Payments records, Homeowner or tenant records, Utility Bills- 1 utility bill is allowed only.

(*T-Ball players returning from 2007 may play in the Rookie League. New players must play T-Ball.)

Fundraiser Candy: $40 box or $20 buy-out option (not included in above fee)
